ONLINE RETURN POLICY.

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return for a store credit ONLY. Please note, we do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty or not fit for purpose.

The items must be returned unworn and have their original tags and packaging. A credit note will be issued once we receive your parcel, you can then use the credit to purchase a different style and/or size. If the item you want is not available, rest assured, your credit note has no expiry and we release new silhouettes and colours every season.

If believe your item is faulty please email customerservice@lideewoman.com.au with your order number and photos to identify the issue. Please note, your window of exchange for faulty items is within 14 days of purchase date.

All sales are final on Clearance, Sample and Sale items. 

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty. We are not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us, so we recommend that you use an insured-registered post and hold onto the tracking number.

To proceed with a return please contact customerservice@lideewoman.com.au to obtain an authorisation form. Your return will be processed within 7 days of being received.
